PRICING & SALE: All prices are firm on the first day, there will be no pre sell or pricing information ahead of actual sale dates. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No refunds, exchanges, or returns and all items are sold AS-IS. Final pickup for items is at 3 pm on Sunday. Any items not picked up by this time will be forfeited by the Buyer. If you break an item you are responsible for payment.

LARGE ITEMS: When purchasing large and heavy items Buyer is responsible for moving and loading all items. Pass the Past Estate Sales, LLC is not responsible for moving, transporting, carrying, or loading any items on behalf of Buyer

NUMBERS & PARKING: Numbers will be given out at 8am on the first day of the sale, shoppers must be present to receive a number (only one number per shopper). Number of shoppers permitted will be limited to maintain a safe environment for our team and shoppers. Street parking only. DO NOT BLOCK MAILBOXES, DRIVEWAYS, OTHER VEHICLES, OR INTERSECTIONS!
