TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS
This is an online-only auction conducted by Yellow Moon Auctions.

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. All sales are final.

Descriptions, photographs, and condition notes are provided as a courtesy to bidders. It is the bidder’s responsibility to review all information, inspect photographs carefully, and determine condition, authenticity, and value prior to bidding. Variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Yellow Moon Auctions reserves the right to correct errors in descriptions, withdraw items, or modify auction details at any time prior to or during the sale.

There is a 15% buyer’s premium added to the final hammer price of each lot.

By registering and placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older. Yellow Moon Auctions reserves the right to approve, decline, or revoke bidding privileges at its discretion.

Any attempt to interfere with the auction process, manipulate bidding, or use software or devices to disrupt the sale may result in immediate removal and cancellation of bids.

PAYMENT TERMS
A valid credit or debit card is required to register for bidding.

At the conclusion of the auction, invoices will be processed using the card on file through HiBid unless prior written arrangements have been approved.

Payment is due immediately upon auction close.

For invoices exceeding $1,000, Yellow Moon Auctions may require payment by cash, wire transfer, or verified credit card with matching identification at pickup.

By registering to bid, you authorize Yellow Moon Auctions to charge the card on file for all purchases made.

All sales are final. Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in permanent removal from future auctions and may be subject to legal recovery.

SALES TAX
Indiana sales tax will be collected in accordance with state law unless a valid resale certificate or tax exemption documentation is provided prior to invoice processing.

It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure all exemption documents are submitted and approved in advance.

PICKUP TERMS
All items must be picked up during the designated pickup date and time listed in the auction details.

Pickup times are firm in order to ensure an organized and efficient process. Alternate pickup dates are not guaranteed and are offered only at the discretion of Yellow Moon Auctions.

Bidders are responsible for bringing adequate help, tools, and packing materials. Yellow Moon staff does not provide lifting, loading, or disassembly services.

Any damage to property during removal is the responsibility of the bidder.

Items not picked up within the scheduled pickup window will be considered forfeited without refund unless prior arrangements have been made and approved. Yellow Moon Auctions is not responsible for items left beyond the pickup period.

Pickup details, including address and schedule, are provided in the auction listing and on your invoice.

SHIPPING TERMS
Shipping is not automatically offered and is available only on select items with prior approval from Yellow Moon Auctions.

If you require shipping, you must contact Yellow Moon Auctions before bidding to confirm whether a specific lot is eligible. Not all items qualify for shipping. Large, heavy, fragile, or bulk lots will not be shipped.

If shipping approval is granted:
- All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- A handling fee may apply.
- Insurance will be added at the buyer’s expense when appropriate.
- Items will be shipped using a third-party carrier selected by Yellow Moon Auctions.

Lots that are not approved for shipping must be picked up during the designated pickup window. Failure to obtain prior shipping approval does not excuse missed pickup and may result in forfeiture without refund.

Yellow Moon Auctions is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once items have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Buyers requesting shipping must contact Yellow Moon Auctions promptly following auction close.

CONSIGNOR BIDDING POLICY
Consignors and any affiliated parties are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own consigned items.

Participation in bidding on other items within the auction is permitted.

PLATFORM & INTERRUPTION DISCLAIMER
In the event of technical issues, internet disruptions, or platform outages (including HiBid service interruptions), Yellow Moon Auctions reserves the right to pause, extend, or reschedule the auction as necessary to maintain fairness and integrity.

LIABILITY & HOLD HARMLESS
Bidders enter any pickup location at their own risk.

Yellow Moon Auctions, its owners, employees, agents, and property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or damages occurring before, during, or after the auction or pickup process.

By participating in this auction, bidders agree to release and hold harmless Yellow Moon Auctions and its representatives from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the sale or use of purchased items.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering and placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in revoked bidding privileges or permanent removal from future auctions.
