Payment: Credit card will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction for invoices less than $10,000. Invoices in excess of $10,000 will require cash, certified funds or wire transfer at or before pickup.
10% Buyer Premium & Sales Tax (8.5%) applies to all purchases.
VALID SALES TAX EXEMPTION FORMS must be emailed to accounting@mccurdy.com by May 15th @ NOON to be accepted.
Three items will close per minute. Items will automatically extend and close after no bids have been placed for 60-seconds.
Shipping: McCurdy does not offer shipping services. Buyers are responsible for coordinating their own shipping needs.

The business is ongoing and is converting to an online business.
We are pleased to announce the first of FOUR business conversion auctions for Design Source Interiors, a full-service Interior Design Firm with a 10,000 sq ft Retail Furniture Store & Showroom in Andover! This is NOT a business closure, but rather a conversion to an all-online presence. We will conduct three inventory reduction auctions with 400± lots per auction, followed by a fourth auction offering the real estate at 736 N. Andover Rd, Andover, KS. The first three auctions will include their entire high-end showroom/inventory, including quality furniture, designer rugs, elegant decor, art, and so much more.
ALL ITEMS CAN BE PREVIEWED during business hours: Monday - Saturday from 10 AM - 5 PM.
