• We offer in-house shipping with limited international shipping on all smaller items in this sale. Local pickup is also by appointment. We're flexible tho!
• Accepting all credit cards, cash, checks if we know you and ACH bank transfers for over $4k.
• Items sold are from an estate and are rarely unused, new or perfect. All items are sold "as-is" and are not returnable.
• We use the services of a certified appraiser to help arrive at fair market / estate sale values. However, all appraisals are ultimately opinions. But we love our appraiser! He's been at it for over 35 years.
• Not responsible for accidents.
• No public bathrooms
