Description & Details
Visit this three day sale in Overland Park, Kansas, including an entire house full of home furnishings, housewares, collectables, antiques, tools, firearms, hunting and taxidermy.
Regarding Firearm Purchases:
Bluestem Estate Sales requires the purchase of all firearms to follow ATF federal guidelines for
purchase in the state of Kansas which includes the purchaser to complete a background check.
Firearms may be purchased for the sale price at the estate sale and will be paid for at that time.
A $25 nonrefundable processing fee will also be collected which will cover the transfer of
ownership and the appropriate ATF form 4473. Purchaser must show a copy of their drivers
license and sign a statement of Kansas residency and state that they are not a felon.
Firearms may be picked up:
Friday, November 14 10 am to 6 pm
Sunday, November 16 noon to 5 pm
Monday, November 17 10 am to 6 pm

At pickup, the buyer will fill out the ATF form 4473 and it will be processed on the spot. With
the proper approval, the firearm may be taken by the buyer. In the event that the background
check is not approved, the payment for the firearm will be refunded. The $25 is non-
refundable.
