Please note - we would love it if you could pick up any purchased furniture at the END of a sale day. Not only does this help our staff it ensures you will have the best parking place for loading. There are quality items at this sale, lots of interesting/unusual items, useful items and alot of Louis's art. We can't wait to share this event with you!

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges please. If you'd like to test an electrical item, ask us and someone will help you make that happen. However, we do our best to test all electronics to ensure they are working at the time of the sale.
SFES is not responsible for any accidents occuring on the sale property. We will point out potential tripping points with colored tape and signs.
Please bring your own help if you're buying large items.
