ESTATE AUCTION SALE // This $5M 6,515 sq ft Meadowbrook estate presents an ultra-luxury collection curated by Madden-McFarland Interiors. Featured pieces include a Delka Designs $11,000 custom dining table and benches made with 2.5" thick live-edge pine, a $7135 Kravet occasional chair, a pair of Century club chairs, a Century oversized leather ottoman, a Hickory Chair custom upholstered accent chair, and a martini table. Complementing these selections are original art, fine china, and stemware.

BUYING PROCESS

Bidding opens Tuesday, October 28th and runs through Thursday, October 30th. This is a timed auction. Items start closing on Thursday at 7pm, one every 30 seconds. If a bid comes in during those final 30 seconds, an extra minute is added to that item's time.

PICKUP INFO

Item pickup is TBD in Prairie Village, KS (66207).

All winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup time slot. The sign up link will be emailed to you.

Items not picked up will be donated to a good cause. We’re not able to issue refunds or make exceptions. Thanks for understanding.

Delivery is available for most local bidders, depending on your location. If you win, we’ll send you all the delivery details by email.

PAYMENT

There’s a 15% buyer’s premium on all items. So if you win something for $100, your total will come to $115.

Once the auction ends, we’ll email your invoice. To keep it easy, we’ll automatically charge the card you have on file – no cash, no checks, and no extra fees for using a credit card. Sales tax may be added based on the location of the sale.
