Our Sale home is located in Overland Park KS, just West of Nall and 80-something Street. Exact address will be posted Sunday morning, at 6:00am on estate sales.net. 

SUNDAY, February 1 ……… 9a – 3:30pm (2p-3:30p @ 30% off)

MONDAY, February 2 ..…… 8:30a – noon @ 50% off

Peeeeeople, THIS is a fanTAStic and somewhat unusual sale (in a good way!) … and a BLUE TAPE first!  Excellent Roundhill neighborhood, coolio home with a spark of MCM (and on the market soon!). BUT, it’s a, get this, ONE bedroom home who’s homeowner LOVED nice things.  So you can get an idea of the creative navigation the A Team has done, this sale has taken us several days longer than our usual 3-4 bedroom home, yowza.

*Limited entry will be necessary for sures.  We guesstimated the home will hold around 35 - 40 shoppers at a time - just a guess and as we say frequently, “we’ll know when we know” and safety first.

*PLEASE bring boxes, small bins, large empty bags, however y’all can corral your goodies.  We’ll have some bins for you to borrow, if needed, but about 20 in total.  So again, bring boxes AND …

*HOLD area will be super limited, therefore, not much space to wrap.  We’ll have a bit o’ wrap and some bags but won’t have space like we usually do so good idea to bring paper or whatever to nestle your boxed treasures.  Checkout will literally be 2 of us snuggly sitting at the dining table (which is also home to the Valuables) with the CC machine and cash box.  Pray for us, haha.

Good taste and quality abound in this home:  Several Stickley furniture pcs including a corner desk (hutches are removable in case you want the Executive look or keep them on for “Command Central”), a Stickley Prairie chair with leather cushions, and a lovely dark grey Stickley upholstered arm chair …

Many other Mission Style pcs including a beautiful dining table with 4 chairs & 2 leaves, a LaZBoy recliner, sleek wall/sofa table, upholstered (Bassett?) sofa …

A ‘lemongrass’ Bassett chest, dresser w/ mirror, side table and headboard, Lundstrom barrister bookcase, beauuutiful quarter sawn side table, antique dry sink, Armedica Treatment/massage table … 

Set of 4 MCM (Gunlocke?) chairs, Bassett desk, Hoosier cabinet, antique oak drop front secretary, Amish wood buffet, Flanders tall slender chest, vintage Singer sewing machine in cabinet w/ stool …

LAMPS!  Wo, check out the photos - terrific selection of Tiffany-style stained glass floor and table lamps and several other cool lamps … 

That kitchen.  Have to begin with the brand-spanking-new-in-box-never-seen-before-we-opened it Magnalite roaster, 2 other Magnalites, Vietri lettuce leaf dishes, orange Fiestaware, supa-cute dishes and glassware, pots n’ pans …

A red KitchenAid (like new and could be!) food processor, Blentec blender, several set of nice flatware, Crate & Barrel Chilewich placemats, lots of serving pcs, food storage, pitchers …

OMG, the women’s clothing.  Wo.  The closet is packed like a tick with quality e-ver-y thing - mostly Large-2X.  The shoes - omg - sizes 7.5 & 8.  Check out the photos for brands on both and tell your girlfriends!  Pay attention to that delicious long Jones New York faux fur coat …

The handbags - Ohhemgee.  Again, check pics for brands and style then make your list (make sure you list some of that cool jewelry!), check it twice and be there on Sunday!

Last omg - LOOK at the selection of like new Pendleton wool blankets: Twin, Queen and Kings available  Damn.

OK, one more - WO, the selection of NICE sheets, bedspreads and blankets is extraordinary.  Ralph Lauren and CuddleDown lead the way - who needs to spend $300+ on a set of sheets when you can shop this BLUE TAPE SALE! 

2 1950’s Miss Revlon dolls with clothing - one with accessories and case, antique library card catalogue, 2 nice cedar chests, ThinkPad, several rugs, artwork, many boxes of office supplies … 

Artist pastels/pencils, jewelry making misc, some stereo equipment, metal sunflower wall art, United Metal Goods Carriage-horse clock, nice selection of geodes, bags of current postage stamps and 2 collector books … 

(I tried) but OMGee, LOOK at that selection of planter pots -

* The Blue Tape A Team does not assist with moving items – our talents lie in our personalities, not in our muscles.

* We reserve the right to check any bags that come in - or go out of - the home.
