THIS IS A CASH ONLY ESTATE SALE. No cards, No checks, no apps. 30 minute holds (max) if you need to run to an ATM. Large sums of cash are not kept on the premises.
***PLEASE READ BELOW HOW WE WILL BE CONDUCTING THE SALE OF THE VEHICLES, CAMPER & BOATS:
As we have always handled vehicles for well over a decade at our estate sales, we will be collecting “Silent Offers” on the Silverado, Buick, Camper, Pontoon Boat & John Boat. All other items at the estate sale will have a fixed price with discounts on day two & three (if they have not sold). You may text your offers anytime (including before the sale) to 816-590-1061, or you may submit your offer in person during the estate sale. See Cherished Memories’ Owner Jake Hurst.
Winners of the “Silent Offer” items will be notified Monday, March 30th, by 1pm. Winners are expected to settle up Monday afternoon by 4pm with cash to transfer titles. These “Silent Offer” items do have a minimum offer. Any offer below the minimum will be disregarded.
