This is a very small (960 sq. ft.) packed house. We will be limiting the number of people that can be in the house at any one time. As one person leaves another will be able to come in. Weather permitting we will also have some furniture outside. Access will not be given to any items until 9:00 a.m.
Cash and Venmo only. You must be able to load heavy items and arrange for transportation - - you can arrange for pick up at a later time after purchase but pick up no later than the afternoon of the last day of the sale.
The homeowner and the volunteers of this sale are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS.
