We are contracted by our clients to manage and sell the household items within the home and surroundings.

If there is an item that you are interested in purchasing from our pictorial inventory, we highly advise and encourage you to call Jennie at 816-726-2696 to set up appointment to view and purchase with cash or card with id. You can schedule move at a later date. 1st come 1st serve.

• The sale is being conducted from a private residence and there are NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS
• Once merchandise has been purchased, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS
• We now offer by appointment personal concierge shopping experience. If no price just inquire.

• All items sold must be picked up before close of business each day
• Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned
• We do NOT load items. Heavy items purchased will require additional help loading from buyer
