We accept most credit or debit cards. No credit cards for amounts less than $20.00. No checks over $300.00 please. No public restrooms. Bring your own box or paper to wrap purchases in. We are now asking all customers to NOT bring large tote bags, purses, or backpacks due to problems with shoplifting. Small open totes and beer flats will be available, but we encourage you to bring a mid-sized open box, basket, or carton. All items sold as is...no returns. On our first day, prices are firm. On Day 2, most purchases are discounted by 25%. On Day 3, most purchases are discounted by 50%. Some special items may not be subject to stated discounts. This is true of fine jewelry, precious metals, and reserve items. Purchases must be removed at the time of sale or arrangements must be made to do so within 2 days of the close of the event. Valuable items will be removed from the sale site each evening and security will be on duty in the off hours. We do not honor "markers". There is plenty of parking area available on street. Please be considerate and do not block driveways. We look forward to seeing everyone. We are excited about this sale and hope everyone will find something that they will enjoy.

This is a very interesting sale. The homeowner was a world traveler and the home showcases eclectic tastes. We have enjoyed setting this one up. Our customers will find artwork, great jewelry, and rugs from Africa, Asian countries, Native American culture, and more. We think our patrons will enjoy seeing things they may be unfamiliar with, in addition to seeing items that satisfy their desire to add to their collecctions and fulfill their current pursuits. For those that are not collectors, we have a nice array of furniture, attractive decor items, household goods, small tools, photography, hobby, and entertainment goods. Too much to list!
