NO holds allowed!! We accept cash or Venmo; or we can accept credit and debit cards with a 4% fee added to the total. With this sale, you will need to be prepared to bring your own loading / hauling items; trailers and such. You will be responsible to move your large purchase; prior to the close of business on Sunday, April 06th. We CANNOT guarantee that will have the staff present to assist you with loading your items. We'll make efforts to clear a path for you, and the driveway will be kept open for loading items.

We are excited to announce a one-of-a-kind living estate sale, located in a modern neighborhood in southeast Topeka Kansas, in the vicinity of SE 45th Street and SE Oakview Lane.  The EXACT address will be posted as the sale day draws closer. There is modern and classic furnishings, bedroom sets, hundreds of modern kitchen items, dishes, cookware, crafting items, quilt making supplies, sewing notions, books, women's clothing, artwork...and much much more. The sale will be held indoors and the garage area, of a modern two-story duplex.
