ANY GUNS AND JEWELRY THAT MAY BE INCLUDED IN THE SALE ARE KEPT OFFSITE DURING NON-SALE HOURS

ENTRANCE MAY BE LIMITED DUE TO SPACE AND SAFETY CONCERNS.

NO PREVIEWS OR EARLY SALES.

Cash and cards ONLY, no fee on cards.

NO PUBLIC RESTROOM, no exceptions.

LARGE ITEMS/FURNITURE MUST BE REMOVED BY THE END OF THE SALE (SUNDAY 3PM) OR ITEMS BECOME FORFEITED.

Typically, we do not offer a sign-up sheet or marker system. However, when weather warrants, we will provide entrance tickets, see sale listings for info.

For pricing and specific information (ex. “Does it work?”) please come to the sale.

We do accept bids on items over $50. Bids must be higher than half price since day two is our HALF PRICE DAY. Bid cards are on the checkout table. Fill out the bid card, fold your bid, then give to a cashier. Cashier will place your bid in the money box. Bids are reviewed between 4pm and 5pm on Saturday. Winning bids only will be called between 4 and 5pm on Saturday. Bids can be picked up during sale hours on Sunday or another arranged time.

To handle items behind the checkout or in the jewelry case, we require a photo ID deposit while the item is being handled.

To purchase large ticket items, remove the price tag and notify staff so it can be marked sold. If you don't notify staff, it may be sold to someone else.

Help loading purchases not guaranteed, please bring help with you.

Party Barge and two vehicles will be sold by sealed bid.  Bids will be opened Sunday after the sale closes.  Winning bidder will be called and arrangements will be made for transfer.

 

This sale features lake living luxuries as well as world traveler art and souvenirs including the following:

- Suncruiser Party Barge, sailboat and paddleboat

- 1979 Mercedes 350SL hardtop convertible, sat unused for many years.  It has been started and run for a bit.
