Cash, good Checks w/ID, and Visa, Master Card &, Discover credit cards. Credit purchases must be a minimum of $20.00 or more. Checks are limited to the amount of $300.00 or less. Buyers are responsible for wrapping their breakable items and bringing their own boxes and wrapping materials. We ask that large furniture items be scheduled to move following the sale's conclusion. Please bring help to load your larger items. Help is not always available by sale staff if you are not physically able to move the items on your own. Larger item moving can sometimes be facilitated to your residence, however, the cost is negotiated between the buyer and the movers who typically assist our company. We do not routinely provide moving services. Not responsible for accidents. All items sold "as is where is". No returns. No early sales. No public restrooms. Jewelry and valuable items will be removed at the end of each business day. All sales final.
WE ALSO TAKE BIDS ON ALL ITEMS!   BE SURE AND ASK STAFF HOW THE BIDDING PROCESS WORKS IF YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH IT.
Our opening day of sales we will not be discounting items. On the second day we will discount most items 25 percent from 7:30am to noon. We will be closed for lunch and some reorginization from noon to 1:00pm. After 1:00pm we will be discounting most items by 50%. A few items may have a reserve set by the owner, but they are very limited in number. Most Native American jewelry and sterling items will not be discounted. A limited number of these items will go on discount. Please ask if the price of the item you are interested in is negotiable. All other jewelry will be subject to discount.
Covid hasn't disappeared altogether and the flu season is here again. We are asking our customers to observe social distancing as much as possible and to stay away if feeling ill. It is our hope that any customer not yet vaccinated will consider taking responsibility for the safety of others as we move forward through the autumn and winter seasons.
We try and answer all questions sent by email in timely fashion but please understand that sometimes it just isn't possible due to very busy schedules. It is also very difficult to answer phone calls during the sale itself. Please try and make any inquiries as early as possible before the sale begins. Description & Details

This is a great sale in a sprawling rancher that offers a variety of furniture styles, collectibles, and interesting items from the owner's travels.  The homeowners were very active in the community, hosting events, participaing in arts, sports, government, and charitable pursuits.  The home has a warm and comfortable atmosphere that encourages folks to take time to browse and explore various treasures. We titled this sale "Black Friday Plus One" since we are kicking it off one day after Black Friday.  Due to scheduling, we can only offer this event for 2 days, so don't miss the opportunity to shop for some wonderful treasures.  We are decked out for the Christmas holiday and look forward to seeing all our customers, both old and new.  We will be adding pictures throughout the coming days.  Similarly, we will be adding information to our lists of included items.  Be sure and check back often.  Check out our picture of the classic  Mercedes we are selling and read up on the details!

We'll have it priced and will also be accepting bids.  Ask a staff person if you are unfamiliar with how our bidding process works.  You must show a valid DL to test drive.  It needs to sell!  We are eager to find it a new residence before the home goes on the market.
