RUSH Moving Sale + Living Estate Sale + Some "Picking Included" Sale

Update 3/23 There is a potential buyer making on offer on the house via realtor. The new buyer expressed a desire to have a handful of items kept in the house; specifically, the bed in the Marilyn Monroe room, the bedside table in the same room; the vanity and mirror in the Marilyn room. These are the only changes we now at this time, of items that you may have seen on our photos.

This will be a fast paced dynamic sale for an elderly man that lives in his own home; a modern duplex located on the cul-de-sac of SW 23rd Court. This is located in the area east of Indian Hills Road. The exact address will be revealed shortly before the sale, and I will list driving directions. Needless to say, this will be in the vicinity of the 7300 block of SW 23rd Court, Topeka, KS.

The sale contents belong to a person that has collected for 90 years, owned his own vendor booth at an antique mall, and he has traveled around the globe!!... John Wayne, Marilyn Monroe, Chicago Bulls, military items, beer steins from around the world, antique and collectible pencil sharpeners, fine furnishings, antique furniture, household items, bedroom sets, dressers, and MUCH MORE! If you zoom in on some of the photos, as well as when you visit this sale, you will notice that hundreds of the sale items appear to have been priced in the past. Some of these price stickers overlay older prices. Steins, sports plates, pencil sharpeners and much more...; many of them were up for sale in the elderly gent's vendor / collector booth at his various stores over the years.

They were all migrated to his home, and now that he's leaving his home, they MUST be sold. Due to time constraints, we did not go back thru and "re-price" many of these items. Items that had no clear price on them, we made an attempt to assign them a value.

We are motivated to sell these treasures.

Most of the items that were already priced or partially priced, include the steins, Chicago Bulls items, pencil sharpeners, sports plates, large sports prints and signs and much more.
