Please let everyone know, this house is "PACKED" with stuff, and it will be impossible to "price" each item. This will be a partially priced; mostly PICKABLE event. I've drafted an English / Spanish flyer, to assist you. There will be ample opportunities to "make offers" on stuff. Share widely; including with your Spanish speaking friends.

This home contains hundreds of new or unopened items; many purchased online or from home shopping stores. You’re welcome to open any box; however, we’ve tried to identify what’s inside unopened boxes. Retail prices have been attached to the box wherever possible. We have immediately reduced the retail price, when we were able to identify it. Many items in this sale will be “pickable”; meaning you are able to make reasonable offers on everything. Due to the large number of items in the house; it been difficult to “price” everything.
