Although CASH will be KING; We accept cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and DC or CC with a 4% fee included; using the Square App. Bring your flashlight, gloves, helpers to lift and remove heavy items. We cannot guarantee that we will have helpers to carrying your large items. There will be mowers for sale, furniture and etc., so a truck and / trailer will be beneficial. There will be at least two floors of sales space with stairs to the basement. All items must be removed from the property NLT Sunday afternoon August 02nd. Home is currently occupied by elderly person, so we will likely have to clean up each day, so that they may return at night.

Update on July 16th, in one of the bedrooms are several pointy ear elf dolls. The estate owner elected to reserve two of them for a family member. We tried to update the photo of the two particular dolls that were removed. ( two left hand side dolls in that pic ). There are PLENTY of dolls remaining.

Update on June 22nd; the smaller lathe with tools featured in one of the photos, has been removed from the sale.

Vicinity of NW 46th Street and N Button Road; specifically the home is located on NW Halfday Road. Closest generic structure is the Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church located approx. 150 yards from the home on NW Halfday Lane.
