Kull Auction & Real Estate Co., Inc., is a Federal Firearms Licensed dealer (FFL), and we will transfer your Modern gun purchases at our location, 201 SE 59th St., Topeka, KS. 66619. You must set an appointment and complete the appropriate paperwork which includes the required form 4473, to get an instant FBI NICS background check. If your NICS background check clears, as is usually the case, you can take the guns the same day. If there is a NICS delay, you will need to come back after NICS clears you. OUT OF STATE AND ABSENTEE BIDDERS Modern Guns must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your hometown. Most gun shops will receive these for you and legally transfer them to you for a modest fee. You will need to have them send a signed copy of their FFL with your name and email to rhenders96@gmail.com. Don't forget to include your name/bidder number. If items are to be shipped, please submit your FFL prior to the auction close. This saves everyone time .Email to: rhenders96@gmaial.com.

Payment Instructions: Online bidders will be charged at the conclusion of the auction via the credit card on file (provided to participate / register). If your credit card is declined or you request an alternate payment option after the card has been charged, an additional 2% may be charged.

Ammunition of unknown origin should not be fired, and the ammunition in this auction is sold for salvage of components or as collectibles only.
ANTIQUE, MUZZLE-LOADING & AIR GUNS - May be shipped directly to bidders unless your local or state law has restricted this. It is our policy not to sell these items to individuals who would not be eligible to purchase modern firearms.
