Our first day of the sale will be Wednesday from 4pm in the afternoon till 7 PM bring help to load large items not responsible for accidents. There are stairs, going upstairs stairs going down to the basement stairs going outside and entering this is a lovely home, lived in by two sweet women who decorated and planted and did all those wonderful things most things are new some things are vintage summer antique everything is in great condition. The house is for sale. And we have information on that. We will discount every day after the first day. and although it doesn’t say so, we will have a Sunday sale for 75% off.

This really fun sale starts with decoration on the front porch and all around the house. Everything is for sale unless otherwise marked there is an upstairs and a downstairs and all the rooms are full. This is college hill so there’s lots of holiday decor. All of the beds are for sale. They are in great condition. All of the furniture is for sale. It is in Good condition. There’s plant holders and plants and dishes and wine, glasses and vintage and jewelry and China cabinets and record players and music and books and children’s toys and yard art and yard decor a little garage, full of goodies plenty to see and enjoy. And we will have a Sunday sale for 75% off from nine to one.

This is a little old vintage train. Don’t know whether all the parts are there probably not but it’d be darling for Christmas display.

We have several places to have these tiles. There’s some out in the garage some in the attic some down in the basement. I believe they’re all the same one just I’ll probably 200 pieces. Come see

As we said, we have an upstairs we have a downstairs and we have a basement all of which have books in them and some former fashion. Please enjoy the books.

Most everything that is on the wall will still be for sale. We are cleaning out the entire house with the exception of the stove in the refrigerator.

The silver stuff chair and ottoman has visited a lot of houses in Wichita Kansas. It ended up here and Mary was able to recover parts of it. It is so comfortable. Someone’s gonna be very happy to take it home with them.
