We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you! A few housekeeping items and legal stuff- We are not responsible for accidents. Cash is the preferred method of payment simply due to the risk involved in other forms. We do not give prices out ahead of time over the phone. We often do not price until just before the sale. Once pictures are seen, people make plans to attend the sale, often traveling quite a distance. For that reason, we do not presell these items. Any exceptions (very rare!) to this will be clearly posted in the info section on that particular estate sale. We do not help load heavy items due to liability so please bring ample help.

If you think this home looks like an antique gallery, it’s because the items were carefully chosen and collected from fine antique galleries all across the country, as well as Europe. More pictures will be added as we continue to work on this estate. Oh, and keep your eyes open for white squirrels around the neighborhood! We saw 3 in about 15 minutes time while working at this magnificent home!
Also, please note we will open the estate sale for about 4 hours starting at NOON on Wednesday, April 2, to help alleviate some of the traffic Thursday morning. Sellers request that no children be in attendance as there are so many breakable, expensive pieces. This particular estate sale is geared towards collectors, not dealers, though of course we’d love to see you ALL!
