Coming into Frankfort from Versailles, you go straight into town and head toward the river, no turns, until you come to the 4 way intersection at Schoenkle Lane...turn right. Go past Circle K, Aztec, Hiawatha and Hopi drives on your right, and then at the top of the rise, turn left into THE OAKS Subdivision...the Church of the Latter Day Saints will be on your right, AS you turn. Go to the STOP sign and you run into Jeanette Ave. Turn left and go straight down into the Cul de sac and you will see 128 Jeanette on your left. Look for our signs! Dates

TRUE Estate Sales is taking it to another level! As the Owner/Founder of TRUE Estate Sales, I am honored and humbled to present to you one of the most impressive homes I have ever had the privilege of curating & presenting. This beautiful, clearly loved home in Frankfort, Kentucky is full of the most wonderful, rare, unusual and excellent antiques, vintage collections and furniture I have ever sold!
Our first weekend was great, but WE STILL HAVE TONS OF RARE, EXQUISITE AND BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUES, RUGS, DECOR, ART, CRYSTAL, ETC.
As usual, WE TAKE CASH AND CREDIT CARDS. NO ZELLE OR VENMO. BRING HELP TO LOAD HEAVY ITEMS, THERE WILL BE NO ONE ON STAFF TO ASSIST YOU. PLEASE take this advice to heart, and bring help if you are looking for heavy pieces. We DO have a Dolly and a furniture cart for your use. ALL sales are final, we will issue no refunds. We take great care to check condition of every item, but please carefully look over your purchases before you leave sale site.
We are not responsible for accidents on sale property to you or your property. NO DOGS will be allowed at the Sale UNLESS you are carrying them AT ALL TIMES. If you bring small children, please monitor them at all times. They break it, you buy it.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING LARGE BAGS FOR PURCHASES. We cannot allow that, and will be especially vigilant about this at this sale. My staff will happily and properly wrap and bag your purchases for you!
We will not be opening before the listed times.
All Sale items, except for the outdoor cast iron and wrought iron furniture will be located inside this exceptional home and the large garage, so please come rain or shine.
