Estate Sale with Workshop

Purchases:
- We accept cash, card, and Venmo.

- All items are sold where is/as is.
- All sales are final.

- Items are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Not all items in the home are for sale.

Pickups:
- Please ensure the item(s) fit into your vehicle before purchase. We are not responsible for loading your purchase(s) upon pickup.
- If you need to outsource a driver service to pick up your item(s), you must notify us beforehand of the designated pickup driver, and they MUST present proof of purchase/permission, upon pickup.

DISCLAIMER:
- We are not responsible for accidents. Should you break or damage an item(s), you will be obligated to pay for the damaged item(s). We have also done our best to make the location safe and accessible. You are responsible for being aware of your surroundings and being safe.
- Children are to remain with a parent or guardian at all times.
- No public restrooms are available.
