We are not responsible for accidents on sale property to you or your property. NO DOGS will be allowed in the home UNLESS you are carrying them AT ALL TIMES. If you bring small children, please monitor them at all times. They break it, you will buy it. PLEASE DO NOT BRING LARGE BAGS FOR PURCHASES. Due to recent event, we cannot allow that anymore. We have bags for you if you make purchases We will not be opening before the listed times. This home was well loved and memories were happily made here for over 60 years, so you can imagine HOW MUCH STUFF there is! This home has beautiful Mersman furniture, Kincaid Cherry bedroom set, like new double reclining couch with matching loveseat, lovely china, crystal, homemade quilts, chrome based round table and chair set that is Mid-Century marvelous! The lady of the house loved Thomas Kinkade art and there is a gorgeous rare reverse painted Kinkade lamp that is stunning! Leaded crystal dishes, some Fenton pieces, German Goebel figurines in mint condition and TOO many kitchen wares to mention!

There are televisions, an electric "stove" that will keep you toasty warm, lamps of all shapes and sizes, a brass twin bed ,collectible dolls, small electric heaters, side and accent tables that are in beautiful condition. The couch and wing back chairs in the living room are lovely, couch is a beautiful teal color and in great condition. There are two beautiful tea carts, several great mirrors and many pieces of art of all genres. There is a Singer Golden Touch & Sew that works great, with the original book, accessories and a matching storage stool! Several antique tables, child's rocker, books, collectibles, decorative items and CHRISTMAS!!!

The Florida room is home to a FABULOUS Rattan set that would be a marvelous addition to any room in any home! It is in great condition, Couch chair and matching tables...truly beautiful! There are several sets of wrought iron outdoor furniture, one is Woodard, and a set inside the Florida that is in great condition.

The dining table has two leaves and 6 chairs which are beautifully caned and in an unusual pattern I have never seen. The chairs are so unique!
