As usual, WE TAKE CASH AND CREDIT CARDS! NO ZELLE OR VENMO. BRING HELP TO LOAD HEAVY ITEMS, THERE WILL BE NO ONE ON STAFF TO ASSIST YOU. We DO have a flat furniture dolly for your use. ALL sales are final, we will issue no refunds. We take great care to check condition of every item, but please carefully look over your purchases before you leave sale site. We are not responsible for accidents on sale property to you or your property. NO DOGS will be allowed in the home UNLESS you are carrying them AT ALL TIMES. If you bring small children, please monitor them at all times. They break it, you buy it. PLEASE DO NOT BRING LARGE BAGS FOR PURCHASES. We cannot allow that.
