After 11 years of estate sales, auctions, yard sales, and thrifting the time has come to downsize. Nearly everything residing on the property is for sale. If you dont see a price -one will be provided. Don't be too shy to make us an offer on something.

In the home you'll find general household decor, vintage collectables, a large selection of stain glass lamps, Christmas and Holiday decorations, costume and Sterling [.925] jewelry, silver plate collection , several types of crystal including Gorham / Stemware. Various antique furniture pieces, including some one-of-a-kind hand crafted reclamation pieces, a 7pc Amish made Cherry dinning room table and chairs. Freeze, vintage hardware, and sleeper sofa.

House and Property

On the property there is stacked, air-dried, rough cut lumber. Mostly white oak, some Poplar, Walnut, Cheery, and Cedar. Some have been cut into trim. Other outdoor items include but are not limited to; gardening stuffs, flower pots of various sizes, outdoor decor, and even a 7ft metal windmilll. The pool in the back is for sale, if it doesn't sell, it may stay with the property or I'll just scrap it cause its 600lbs of steal wall. The pump worked last time it was used, about 3 years ago, and was used for 1 full season. The pool needs a new liner, but all other parts accounted for.

Large appliances and other "move-in-ready" items will remain with the house. Items that are not sale will be clearly marked (NFS). please be mindful for tight aisles and personal facilities, (NOT responsible for accident or injuries).
