Holding items. We will have a designated HOLD table for shoppers with multiple items, please do not remove other shoppers' items and those items will be considered sold.
Pickup & Loading. Buyers are responsible for moving and loading their own purchases. Please bring help and appropriate transport and moving accessories for larger items. We will have some boxes, shopping bags and paper available at the sale. Large items will be scheduled for pickup starting Sunday.
Parking. This is a historic neighborhood. Parking is on the street and may be tight. Please be respectful of neighbors, driveways, fire hydrants, and mailboxes. So not block access. There is a rear alley for easier access to park and load larger items.
Liability: Neither the estate owners nor the estate sale company are responsible for the accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur on the premises.
Entry Time. We will have numbers at the door. The sale starts at 9:00am, no early entry.
