• Access to the estate sale will be up the side ramp, near the carport on the side of the home. The items for sale will be displayed outside on the deck area, and in several rooms on the outside of the home. This home use to be a bed & breakfast, so the exterior rooms will house the bulk of the items.
• No large bags or purses will be allowed inside.
• Do not remove price tags or change prices on items. If you are caught doing so, you will be asked to leave immediately and are subject to being banned from future sales.
• Bring help for loading of large, bulky items. Our workers are unable to help you load.
• We cannot hold any items. They must be removed prior to the end of the estate sale.
• Prices and item info will not be given out prior to the beginning of the sale.
• All items are sold “as is” and are considered FINAL sales. Nothing can be returned or exchanged. You are responsible for making sure items are in proper working order before purchasing.
• Bayou Legacy Estate Sales, LLC. and the estate are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Watch where you step and move around carefully!
• Respect the flow of traffic and park properly, not blocking any neighboring driveways or mailboxes. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.
