Picker Style Project and Barn Sale by Appt

Hey Folks,

We have another exciting sale for you this week. Don’t let the name fool you though. There is a house with the normal stuff too, just not as much.
Due to the nature of the sale, we can only do appts at this time and only for Monday-Wednesday.

WE ASK YOU TO COME PREPARED! IF YOU PLAN TO GO TO THE BARN, WEAR LONG PANTS, CLOSED TOE SHOES AND BRING GLOVES.

ALSO BRING BOXES AND WRAPPING PAPER.

CASH IS PREFERRED. NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS. VENMO AND ZELLE OK.
 

My friend Tracey is preparing to remodel her family home. We will be selling architectural salvage pieces inside the house, inherited household goods, antique furniture, project furniture, bits and pieces for projects, lumber, project wood, hardware, interior cabinet doors, plate racks, saloon doors, cast iron fireplace insert, floating mantle, antique mantle with surround, books, vintage furs, porcelain figurines, Cybis porcelain busts, MCM furniture, electronics, cane seat chairs, brass lamps, American Fostoria, Howard’s Furniture products, men’s cowboy boots, China, and more.

There is a large barn full of wood, furniture projects, hardware and more. However, none of  the tools will be sold at this time. Once the family has had a chance to go through them, if there are any left, we will do a phase two barn and tool sale. So be sure to follow our FB page for that sale notification.
