Payment: Cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo accepted. A 3% surcharge will be collected on all credit card transactions.
All sales are final. Merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Please inspect and test items before purchasing.
Loading: Buyers are responsible for moving, lifting and loading purchases. Please bring help for large or heavy items. Staff cannot assist with heavy lifting.
Pickup: Large purchases must be removed by 3 pm on last day of the sale.
Safety: Enter the property at your own risk. Family Nest is not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost or damaged personal property.
House rules: No large bags, food, drinks or pets. No public restroom. Children must remain with an adult. Please respect restricted/private areas.
Parking: Do not block driveways, mailboxes, streets or neighboring properties.
