Please read carefully! Directional Signs for parking along driveway, shell parking lot and grass will be posted. Parking on road is not allowed so for your convenience parking will be accessible inside the gates. Drive slowly! This is a working farm, so please do not block any gates along the fenced areas or park on any concrete. Please do not approach animals inside fenced areas. Entry numbers will be given out beginning at 8 a.m. Please remain on the outside of the caution tape until the sale opens. Antique furniture and other items will be in the barn aisle area. The barn has hay, shavings, dust and barn smells, so please bring a dust mask if you are sensitive to a barn environment. Anyone pulling a trailer must drive to the rear of the barn and back in with front of vehicle facing the gate entrance. Dates

We will accept cash, Venmo and Tap to pay - additional 4 % processing fee on all debit/credit card transactions. All sales final - Items purchased "AS IS".
All large items must be picked up before the end of sale on the last day advertised. All items must be removed from the sale areas and and loaded by the purchaser. Please bring help to load large items. Inquiries are welcome, however we will not sell or give out prices on pictured sale items prior to the sale.
