* Not Responsible for Any Accidents or Injuries while on any part of property.
* Please bring your own help to load large items, boxes and bags.
*Items must be moved off the property once purchased. No Holds.
*No price tag changing. If you do so, you will be asked to leave.
* All Sales are Final...Everything sold AS IS with NO exceptions or guarantees.
*We will open promptly at the times provided, but may open earlier if there is a large line.
