*Each auction listing has a 1 minute soft close which prevents bid sniping. For example: If a bid is placed within the last 30 seconds of the auction close, the end time will be extended 1 minute to give everyone a chance to place their maximum bid.
*We charge a 8% buyers premium that is included on the final invoice and collected with payment of item won, as is standard in the industry. For example, if you win an item that is $10.00, it would actually add .80 to that amount, before sales tax.
**For all of our auctions, we try to pick the best items and the ones that are in great condition. However, you are bidding on pre-owned items. Please look at all pictures and please read all descriptions for exact condition of item listed.

JEFFERSON STREET VINTAGE ESTATE SALES
Pick up will be Friday, January 23rd and Saturday, January 24th from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
*If these times will not work, please message us ahead of the auction closing to work out an alternate arrangement.
*We will consider mailing smaller items to anywhere in the continental USA if you contact us ahead of time and ask before the auction closes. We could add the shipping cost and any insurance (if desired) to your invoice, but this has to be done before you pay.
*We charge a 8% buyers premium that is included on the final invoice and collected with payment of item won, as is standard in the industry. This adds 8% to the total sale of your item so if your winning bid is $25.00 for example, this would add $2.00 to that amount for a total of $27.00 before any applicable sales tax.
**Please note, if paying by credit card, there is a 3% added charge to the invoice. There is no charge when paying with cash and the 3% will be waived.
