Numbers will not be passed out for this sale. Doors open at 9am.

— Cash, Venmo and all major credit cards accepted with proper I.D. $25 minimum on credit card charges. We are no longer accepting checks.

— All Items Sold As Is, Where Is. All Sales Are Final. No Returns or Refunds.

— No phone sales or holds. We are unable to respond to calls and emails with regard to price, condition, measurements, etc. Everything advertised will be available at the sale unless the family/estate removes an item(s) prior to the sale.

— Please do not pull tags unless you are sure to purchase. We reserve the right to re-tag items to ensure they get sold.

— Please be prepared to move items before you purchase. Our staff is unable to lift and move large and heavy items from the house. We have a list of recommended movers posted at checkout.
