Buyer is responsible for making arrangements to remove and transport all purchased items.
We have limited staff onsite, and are unable to help load your items. Please ensure you have help or movers available, otherwise do not purchase large items.

All items sold "as is, and where is" and all sales are final.
No returns, refunds or exchanges.
We are not responsible for accidents. Any/all hazards have been clearly marked.

Welcome to the promised “Phase 2” portion of the sale out at Forest Hills. Due to unforseen circumstance at the phase one sale there was furniture that was won on bid that was unable to be picked up or purchased. Some have inquired and it is now again part of the phase 2 sale. Their lose isis your gain . More furniture has been added on top of the prior furniture. Tons of cloths… Alford Dunner, macys etc. the new tags are still on at least 50% of the clothing. There is prob 3 to 4 thousand pieces of clothing.
