For online, live internet, or absentee bidding, there is a 15% buyer's premium. All accounts must be settled after the auction. The credit card on file will be charged a 3.9% credit card fee. We recently started taking CashApp & Venmo. If you would like to use either of these options, you will NOT be charged the 3.9% credit card fee. We plan to keep these options open to you until they start charging us to take the payments. Credit card may be charged separately if shipping charges are established. The auctioneer and company do not guarantee the authenticity of any of the items in this auction. We only state information given to us, and minimal research has been made. The bidders are responsible for making decisions based on what they see for themselves. FIREARMS: Any auctions conducted that include the sale of firearms of any type will be guided by all Federal, State, and Local laws. Auctions Unlimited holds an FFL Dealer license and provides transfer & background checks, which may be made onsite. A $10 fee will be charged for this service on-site on the first firearm, and a $5 fee will be charged for any additional firearms awarded in that same auction to the same bidder. These fees apply to any firearms sold online for processing. All firearms can only be released to the person on the invoice, so make sure if you want to retrieve the firearm, the account is in your name. Any firearms that require shipping (this includes antique, vintage, or new) will be shipped by us as we are FFL Licensees, but they must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer location. If the winner possesses their own FFL license, it may be shipped directly to him/her. Any person bidding on firearms agrees to all of the above before bidding and must know the laws of their state and the guidelines.
The auction company will do the packing and shipping for small items in this auction, and normal shipping is within 3-7 business days following the auction. While we cannot provide shipping for the larger furniture items, we will be happy to help you make arrangements for it. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Winning bidders will pay actual shipping, insurance, and T&M costs. Furniture and large items must be shipped via common carrier; the bidder is to pay associated costs. Our priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. We will gladly deliver large items to our local Carriers at no additional charge. Shipping charges for these larger items will be between you and the shipping company. Insurance is required for any purchases.
Preview for online timed auctions will be available online before the start of the auction and through the auction until the last item sells. Contact the auction company with additional questions.
Your purchases must be removed within 5 days of the auction. Items not removed within this period will be sold for storage charges, or you will be charged a daily fee of $5 per day, per item for storage.

AUCTIONS UNLIMITED has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All property is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The property is open to thorough public inspection. (non online) It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinate factor. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet, and at the auction, but make no representations. In no event shall AUCTIONS UNLIMITED be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off-site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determining factor. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
AUCTIONS UNLIMITED is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly on the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against AUCTIONS UNLIMITED or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
Online auctions move quickly! If you are interested in an item, bid quickly. If you win an item in the auction, you will be notified by email. To have enough time to conduct authorizations, registration must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of the auction. If the day before an auction falls on a holiday or weekend, the deadline is the day before the holiday or the Friday before the auction.
To better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to ensure good communication between AUCTIONS UNLIMITED and the bidder throughout any transactions.

This is a big estate auction, so there are a lot of items to get ready and post. We will be splitting the items between the 2 auctions. Should there happen to be a 3rd auction, we will relist any items that do not sell in the first 2 auctions as well.

There are a lot of different types of things in this estate, including firearms, air guns/rifles, coins, a little jewelry, and a lot of higher-end tools. This estate was the estate of an electrician who worked for SWEPCO. I know we will not be able to get everything in, even just these 2 auctions, but we will probably add some of it to other auctions as we progress. He only bought good tools, Cline, Craftsman, Snap-On, etc., and the majority are in really good condition, and some are in like-new condition. There are also a lot of other items we hope to get up in the next few weeks, so stay tuned. The estate sale/auction could not be held on the premises and had to be packed up to be brought to our Complex, so all pickups will be there.
Note that there will be firearms in this auction, and they will require background checks. If you are local, the background checks will be conducted by us for $10.00 for the first firearm and $5 for each additional. The process is easy. You will be required to have your driver's license and/or your concealed carry permit. If you have a concealed carry permit, all we have to do is verify the status, and you're done. If you do not have a concealed carry, you will just need to fill out the paperwork; we will call it in to the FFL Center. As long as there are no issues, you will be able to take the firearms with you. There are occasions that your application will be put on a 3-day hold. If that happens, you will have to wait the 3 days and then come back to retrieve your firearm. On the very rare occasion that you are denied. In that case, you will not be able to take the purchase with you. You will be refunded the amount paid for the firearm, but will still be responsible for the background check fees. If you are out of state, your purchase must be sent to an FFL-licensed dealer of your choosing, wherever you live. The transfer fees are the same as we will be transferring the firearms to your dealer, and they, in turn, will transfer the firearms to you. Also note: No firearms are held at the estate location and will be brought to our facility after they are sold and ready for pickup or shipping.
We will be able to ship most of the items in this auction, but for the ones we cannot, we will help make arrangements for you to have them shipped. Some of these items include furniture, fishing poles (that are one piece and do not break down), and pretty much large, heavy items, but again, we can help make shipping arrangements.
