The auctioneer and company do not guarantee the authenticity of any of the items in this auction. We only state information given to us, and minimal research has been done. The bidders are responsible for making decisions based on what they see for themselves. Should you have any questions about a particular item, please feel free to call us at 318-828-2915, M-F 10-4, or you can text me directly at 318-469-2472, but please ensure if you send a text, you tell me who you are and what you would like to know, and then just give me time to check out what it is you are needing, and I will text you back. I no longer answer this phone because of so much SPAM & Solicitors, and I don't recognize the number; it goes straight to voicemail. There are no refunds or returns for any reason!
FIREARMS: Any auctions conducted that include the sale of firearms of any type will be guided by all Federal, State, and Local laws. Auctions Unlimited holds an FFL Dealer license and provides transfer & background checks, which may be made onsite. A $10 fee will be charged for this service on-site on the first firearm, and a $5 fee will be charged for any additional firearms awarded in that same auction to the same bidder. These fees apply to any firearms sold online for processing. All firearms can only be released to the person on the invoice, so make sure if you want to retrieve the firearm, the account is in your name. Any firearms that require shipping (this includes antique, vintage, or new) will be shipped by us as we are FFL Licensees, but they must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer location. If the winner possesses their own FFL license, it may be shipped directly to him/her. Any person bidding on firearms agrees to all of the above before bidding and must know the laws of their state and the guidelines.
The auction company will do the packing and shipping for small items in this auction, and normal shipping is within 3-7 business days following the auction. While we cannot provide shipping for the larger furniture items, we will be happy to help you make arrangements for it. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Winning bidders will pay actual shipping, insurance, and T&M costs. Furniture and large items must be shipped via common carrier; the bidder is to pay associated costs. Our priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. We will gladly deliver large items to our local Carriers at no additional charge. Shipping charges for these larger items will be between you and the shipping company. Insurance is required for any purchases.
Preview for online timed auctions will be available online before the start of the auction and through the auction until the last item sells. Contact the auction company with additional questions.
Your purchases must be removed within 5 days of the auction. Items not removed within this period will be sold for storage charges, or you will be charged a daily fee of $5 per day, per item for storage.

AUCTIONS UNLIMITED has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All property is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The property is open to thorough public inspection. (non online) It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinate factor. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet, and at the auction, but make no representations. In no event shall AUCTIONS UNLIMITED be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
Bidders who bid from off-site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determining factor. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
AUCTIONS UNLIMITED is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly on the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against AUCTIONS UNLIMITED or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
Online auctions move quickly! If you are interested in an item, bid quickly. If you win an item in the auction, you will be notified by email. To have enough time to conduct authorizations, registration must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of the auction. If the day before an auction falls on a holiday or weekend, the deadline is the day before the holiday or the Friday before the auction.
To better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to ensure good communication between AUCTIONS UNLIMITED and the bidder throughout any transactions.

ONLINE ONLY ESTATE SALE AUCTION ~ PART II ~ LOTS START ENDING SUNDAY APRIL 13th STARTING AT 2:00 PM CST
We will be open for pickups Tuesday & Wednesday from 10:00-4:00. If you win a firearm, you must arrive before 3:30 to be in time for your background check. If, for some reason, you cannot pick up during these times, we will work out other arrangements for you.
There will be Pre-Bidding, Proxy Bidding, and Absentee Bidding until the auction starts, after which Live Bidding will open.
Shipping is Available on most items; see more details later in this description.
This is a big estate auction, so there are many items to post. It has been split into 3 auctions. We are splitting between 3 auctions. Anything not sold, not meeting a reserve, or for any other reason not sold will be put into a future auction...
We have started taking CashApp & Venmo. If you want to use either option, you will not have to pay the 3.9% credit card fee. We will continue to use these options as long as they remain free for us to process payments.
There are many different types of things in this estate, including firearms, air guns/rifles, coins, a little jewelry, and a lot of higher-end tools. This estate was the property of an electrician who worked for SWEPCO. We won't get everything in, but we'll sell the rest in a future sale. He only bought good tools—Cline, Craftsman, Snap-On, etc.—and the majority are in really good condition, and some are in like-new condition. There are also many other items we hope to get up in the following weeks, so stay tuned. Overall, the mix for the sale is excellent. We moved the estate sale/auction into our Complex because we couldn't hold it on the premises.
Please note that this auction will include firearms that require background checks. If you're local, we can conduct the background checks for $10.00 for the first firearm and $5 for each additional one. The process is easy. You will be required to have your driver's license and your concealed carry permit. If you possess a concealed carry permit, our only task is to confirm its status, after which you can proceed. If you don't have a concealed carry permit, you simply need to complete the necessary paperwork, which we will then forward to the FFL Center. If there are no issues, you can carry the firearms with you. Occasionally, they may put your application on hold for three days. If that happens, you'll have to wait three days and then come back to retrieve your firearm. In the extremely rare event that you receive a denial, you will be unable to carry the purchase with you. In that scenario, you will not be able to take the purchase with you; the refund will cover the firearm purchase price, but the background check fees remain your responsibility. If you live out of state, we must send your purchase to an FFL-licensed dealer, who will transfer them to you. Also note: No firearms are held at the estate location and will be brought to our facility after they are sold and ready for pickup or shipping.
We can ship most auction items, but for those we can't, we'll help you arrange shipping. Some of these items include furniture, single-piece, non-breakable fishing poles, and other large, heavy items, for which we can assist with shipping arrangements.
