*NO PURSES, BACKPACKS OR CROSSBODY BAGS. Leave them in your car, you can bring in an empty shopping bag or a clear bag.
*We accept credit cards (minimum $50 purchase) or cash.
*You must provide your own help to load bags, boxes, furniture or anything else you buy.
*We are not responsible for any accidents which may occur….Enter at your own risk
*Please leave large purses in your car, you may bring in shopping bags.
*If you are caught changing prices you will not be allowed to come to another sale. Also, we can object to a price on an item if we feel it has been changed.
*Do not buy the item, if you can’t move it.
*Sales are scheduled to start at certain times, but when we have a large crowd waiting in line I may open early.
*Only Estate Sale workers can write sold and take off tickets on furniture.

PLEASE READ:
House is on Dulles Drive which is extremely busy. No one can park at the house or on Dulles. We have been given permission to park in the lot behind the SHOP-RITE STORE. Please park up against the coulee fence and then continue in an orderly fashion. The only other place to park is a side street. DRIVEWAY IS ONLY FOR LOADING and drop off.
We extended the sale one day and everything will be 75% off. We still have some great items: linens, desk, king bed frame, wash stand, pots, pans, lamps, chairs, clothes, jewelry, tools, prints, and so much more. Managed by Sista’s Estate Sales (Marcella).
