Please test and inspect your purchases before payment. When a total payment amount is calculated and communicated to you and you agree to the amount, the sale is finalized when payment is rendered. We do not offer refunds after a total has been agreed upon and payment made.
Please park across the street by the building “for sale”. This is an apartment complex and the spots by the building are reserved for tenants. You will have to walk a short distance to the back of the building and bypass the locked front gate. Apt #6 will be able to be entered from the back entrance.
