Our estate sales happen rain or shine, and all sales are final. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards with a $10 minimum. Buyers are responsible for moving purchased items on sale day unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. For larger items, please bring someone to assist and a suitable vehicle, or contact Desert Lotus Estate Sales for delivery options. We strive to create a welcoming, enjoyable atmosphere for all visitors. Items cannot be sold until start of sale, and pre-sales are not available.
