All sales final! We take cash and Venmo. Buyer is responsible for moving large items purchased 2 hours before the closing on the second day (Sunday 12 p.m) of the sale. Please bring your own help to move large items. Please bring your own packing materials and boxes for your purchases. We do not offer any pre-sales. On the second day all items are 50% off.
