1. Entry & Conduct

Entry to the sale is first-come, first-served unless otherwise noted.

We reserve the right to limit entry to maintain a safe shopping environment.

Please be respectful of the property, neighbors, and other customers at all times.

Children must remain with an adult at all times.

2. All Sales Are Final

No refunds, exchanges, or returns.

All items are sold AS IS and WHERE IS.

Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for testing, loading, or verifying the condition of any item.

3. Payment Terms

We gladly accept Venmo, Zelle, or cash as forms of payment.

No checks will be accepted.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Prices are firm unless marked otherwise.

4. Item Availability

Everything in the home must go, except for items clearly tagged as SOLD.

Items cannot be held without full payment.

Removal of sold items must be completed by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements are approved by the sale organizer.

5. Loading & Pickup

Buyers are responsible for moving, packing, lifting, and loading their own purchases.

Please bring your own tools, help, and transportation for large items.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage while loading or removing items from the property.

6. Liability

By entering the property, you do so at your own risk.

The estate sale organizers and property owners are not liable for accidents, slips, falls, property damage, or personal injury.

Please watch your step and exercise caution inside and outside the home.

7. Parking

Please be mindful of driveways, lawns, and posted signs.

Follow all local parking regulations.

Do not block neighbors’ access.

8. Security

Bags, boxes, and personal items may be subject to inspection.

Any theft, tampering, or removal of unpaid items will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
