mini 2-hour moving sale of contemporary furnishings from this tidy, well-maintained uptown home one block from audubon park. the property was only a part-time home for its owners, so the furniture is in excellent condition. indoor furnishings upstairs and down, small kitchen items, and some outdoor: modern brands like west elm, pottery barn, restoration hardware, etc. all priced to sell-- everything must go.
QUICK sale-- all pickups must be made within the sale window on saturday. please come prepared to disassemble and take the larger furniture.
