Buyers are responsible for moving items purchased on day of sale, unless other arrangements are made before the sale closes - bring a buddy and a vehicle to help move your large items, or make arrangements with The Occasional Wife for deliveries. We are committed to providing a fun and friendly atmosphere at our sales where everyone is welcome. We do not offer pre-sales, items can only be sold after the estate sale has been open for one hour. We do not give out numbers for lining up at the sale, so line up early. Please note that estate contents pictured in postings may be subject to change as these items are the property of the family/estate until said items are sold. We have the cutest darn sale this weekend in the Fountainbleau neighborhood, and it's packed with treasures! The proceeds for the estate are being donated to the Ian Kersting Memorial Mental Health Awareness Foundation at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, The National World War II Museum, Bridge House/Grace House, and the Pinckley Prize Memorial Foundation. We have lots of jewelry, including pieces from Mignon Faget and Thomas Mann, glassworks by Mitchell Gaudet, and other New Orleans collectibles such as Jazz Fest posters, World's Fair posters, New Orlean's books, and artwork by Lorraine Gendron and Walter Anderson. You'll also find tons of kitchen and serve-ware, clothing and accessories, including an Hermes scarf, three sewing machines, books, including a 1st edition Steven King's, The Stand, outdoor and shed items, and plenty of crafting materials too! The fridge, washer and dryer will also be for sale! Come and shop with us this weekend!
