Important Notes:

• The house is going to act of sale right after the estate sale, so there will be a short window to coordinate and remove furniture and art from the house. Everything must be picked up and removed no later than Tuesday evening, August 12! There is very little flexibility here, so please plan ahead and have movers on standby. We have recommended movers in this ad and posted at the checkout tables. We highly recommend Eric Jackson/Smooth Movers.
• It is important to note that some items in this sale is priced with reserves, particularly art. This is not a "everything is half price" sale on Sunday for art and furniture - everything else is discounted and half price as usual.
• Although the house is large, expect limited access when we first open. We will do our best to get everyone in the sale as quickly as possible. Numbers will be passed out at 7am sharp Saturday only.
