All Sales Final - Items are purchased "as is"
All large items must be picked up before the end of the sale on the last day advertised.
All items must be removed from the sale home loaded by the purchaser
We welcome all of your inquiries but please remember we do not sell or give out prices on pictured items before the sale.  If we picture it, we will have it when the doors open!!
