��️ Estate Sale Regulations & Policies
​1. "You Break, You Buy" Policy (Breakables)
​To protect the valuable and delicate items in the sale, the following policy is strictly enforced:
​Assumption of Risk: By entering the premises and handling merchandise, all customers acknowledge and accept that they are responsible for any damage caused by them, their companions, or minor children in their care.
​Item Responsibility: If an item is dropped, broken, cracked, chipped, or otherwise damaged while in a customer's possession or due to a customer's actions, the customer is legally obligated to purchase the item at its marked price.
​Staff Discretion: Sale staff have the final authority to determine if damage has occurred and to assess the item's purchase price.
​Securing Items: For particularly delicate or high-value items, please ask a staff member for assistance before handling.
​2. Payment Methods and Surcharges
​We accept Cash, Credit Cards, and Debit Cards. All sales are final.
​Credit/Debit Card Surcharge: A 3.5% non-refundable surcharge will be added to the total of all transactions paid for with a Credit Card or Debit Card. This fee covers the cost of processing the electronic transaction.
​Example: A $100 purchase paid with a credit card will be charged $103.50.
​Cash Transactions: Cash payments are preferred, and no surcharge will be applied to cash transactions.
​Identification: We reserve the right to request valid photo identification for all credit and debit card transactions.
​Sales Tax: Applicable local and state sales tax will be collected on all purchases unless a valid tax-exempt resale certificate is presented at the time of purchase.
​3. General Terms & Conditions
​All Sales Are Final: All items are sold "as-is, where-is" with no warranties or guarantees, express or implied. Customers are responsible for inspecting all items before purchase. Refunds, exchanges, or credits will not be offered.
​Pricing: All prices are as marked. Price adjustments or discounts may be offered by staff later in the sale but are not guaranteed. Staff reserve the right to correct any marked or advertised pricing errors.
​Holding Items: Due to high demand, we do not hold items without full payment. Items must be paid for immediately.
​Removal of Items: Purchased items must be removed from the premises by the end of the sale day unless otherwise arranged. Staff are not responsible for moving, packing, or loading large/heavy items. Please bring your own labor, tools, and packing materials.
​Entry and Safety: Entry to the sale is at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please watch your step, especially on stairs or uneven surfaces. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
