There are no additional charges in on site Estate Sales unless you are using a credit or debit card. We will accept Cash, CashApp or Venmo with no additional charge.
Most of the information below refers to online estates sales, auctions or straight sales, but it doesn't hurt to read through them for things like firearm sales, furniture pickup, etc.
For online, live internet, or absentee bidding, there is a 15% buyer's premium. All accounts must be settled after the auction. The credit card on file will be charged a 3.9% credit card fee. We recently started taking CashApp & Venmo. If you would like to use either of these options, you will NOT be charged the 3.9% credit card fee. We plan to keep these options open to you until they start charging us to take the payments. Credit cards may be charged separately if shipping charges are established. See payment information for more details. If you choose to use CashApp or Venmo, you must text your info to 318-469-2472 prior to the end of the auction.
The auctioneer and company do not guarantee the authenticity of any of the items in this auction. We only state information given to us, and minimal research has been done. The bidders are responsible for making decisions based on what they see for themselves. Should you have any questions about a particular item, please feel free to call us at 318-828-2915, M-F 10-4, or you can text me directly at 318-469-2472, but please ensure if you send a text, you tell me who you are and what you would like to know, and then just give me time to check out what it is you are needing, and I will text you back. FIREARMS: Any auctions conducted that include the sale of firearms of any type will be guided by all Federal, State, and Local laws. Auctions Unlimited holds an FFL Dealer license and provides transfer & background checks, which may be made onsite. A $10 fee will be charged for this service on-site on the first firearm, and a $5 fee will be charged for any additional firearms awarded in that same auction to the same bidder. These fees apply to any firearms sold online for processing. All firearms can only be released to the person on the invoice, so make sure if you want to retrieve the firearm, the account is in your name. Any firearms that require shipping (this includes antique, vintage, or new) will be shipped by us as we are FFL Licensees, but they must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer location. If the winner possesses their own FFL license, it may be shipped directly to him/her. Any person bidding on firearms agrees to all of the above before bidding and must know the laws of their state and the guidelines.
The auction company will do the packing and shipping for small items in this auction, and normal shipping is within 3-7 business days following the auction. While we cannot provide shipping for the larger furniture items, we will be happy to help you make arrangements for it. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Winning bidders will pay actual shipping, insurance, and T&M costs. Furniture and large items must be shipped via common carrier; the bidder is to pay associated costs. Our priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. We will gladly deliver large items to our local Carriers at no additional charge. Shipping charges for these larger items will be between you and the shipping company. Insurance is required for any purchases.
Preview for online timed auctions will be available online before the start of the auction and through the auction until the last item sells. Contact the auction company with additional questions.
Your purchases must be removed within 5 days of the auction. Items not removed within this period will be sold for storage charges, or you will be charged a daily fee of $5 per day, per item for storage.

We're a little short on furniture in this sale (Furniture hasn't been selling that well lately anyway) because this couple moved into assisted living. They left a few nice things like a dual reclining sofa, book shelves and a really nice twin bed set up, a super leather office chair, but it is not lacking in some fantastic vintage finds, so pop on over and take a peek.
