1. **Payment Methods**: We accept payments via Venmo, Zelle, debit cards and cash only. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
3% processing fee will apply to all debit and credit card transactions.
2. **All Sales Final**: All items are sold as-is and all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided.
3. **Removal of Purchased Items**: Purchased items must be removed from the premises at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon with estate sale staff.
4. **Furniture and Large Items**: We provide movers to assist with transporting furniture and large items to your vehicle. Please notify estate sale staff if you require assistance.
5. **Liability**: We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property that may occur during the estate sale. Attendees enter at their own risk.
6. **Respect for Property**: Please handle items with care. Any damage caused to items or property will be the responsibility of the individual involved.
7. **Parking**: Please park in designated areas only and follow any parking instructions provided by estate sale staff.
