Terms

When bidding on any lot offered by Jaybird Auctions, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following terms of sale. Any participation in the auction binds you to the agreement of these terms whether or not you have read or understand the said terms.

This is a REMOTE AUCTION. All items are located in Acushnet, MA. The location has a freight elevator and a loading dock as well as ground level loading. The buyer is responsible for the removal of all items on the designated pickup days and MUST bring their own help and equipment for loading. All items must be retrieved on the designated pickup days without exception (rain or shine). All items not retrieved after the designated pickup days will be considered forfeited without refund.

All sales final. No items may be returned for any reason. Items are represented to the best of the auction house's ability, all descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed. There will be no previews available for this auction. All items are being sold as-is/where-is.

Unless otherwise stated, all machines are complete with legs, balls, bolts and backdoor. This does NOT include items listed as project machines.

All items are sold for display purposes. If electrical, mechanical, or other working parts are inoperable, even if working at the time of sale, we are not liable due to the inherent nature of the age of these antiques and items.

Invoices will be sent within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. All credit and debit payments are subject to a 3.75% convenience fee. All wire transfer payments are subject to any banking related fees. Buyers may also select ACH at checkout for a 1% fee. The auction house will accept certified cashier's checks but these checks need to be mailed (1341 Hughes Ford Rd., Unit 119C, Frederick, MD 21701) and received by the auction house by Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025 or delivered on pickup, made payable to: JAYBIRD AUCTIONS. If paying by this option, the buyer must notify the auction house within 24 hours of the auction closing to avoid the auto payment. We will not accept cash payments for this auction.

All pickups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY in Acushnet, MA. The pickup dates for this auction are as follows:

Friday, April 25th, 9am - 4pm
Saturday, April 26th, 9am - 4pm

For buyers whose final Hammer Price total is $1300 or more (before buyer's premium and taxes) the consignor has agreed to deliver items to the Pinfest Allentown Show in Allentown, PA on Saturday May 3rd, 2025 or the Chicagoland Show in Chicago, IL on Saturday May 31st, 2025 as well as the White Rose Gameroom Show on Saturday October 11th. If you are interested in this option and have any questions or would like to make arrangements please contact the auction house by email at brett@jaybirdauctions.com.

All machines and larger items are third-party shipping ONLY, meaning the buyer is responsible for making arrangements. If you need help locating a reliable shipper please refer to the suggested shipper list on our website - https://www.jaybirdauctions.com/shipping

A select number of smaller items will be eligible for in-house shipping - see individual descriptions. Please note in-house shipping items will be shipped out after the pickup days as items must be retrieved from Acushnet, MA.

TAX EXEMPT BIDDERS must upload a tax ID to Live Auctioneers prior to the auction or it will not be reflected on the invoice.

Buyer releases Jaybird Auctions from any and all claims for loss or damage to any item during transit and agrees to pay all costs of defense, including attorney fees, for any claims brought against Jaybird Auctions for loss or damage occurring in transit.
